I am excited to think that you are considering purchasing some of my designs. Here are some of the common questions I am asked about getting my designs to you, however if you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your order, or have any additional questions, please reach out to us directly by email to help@jewelslapug.com.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Just like a good restaurant, everything here is made to order, but we believe it will be worth the wait!
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to print your order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so it will depend on the product and your location!
Will I be charged taxes or customs duty for my order?
In the USA sales tax will be added for the states that require us to collect it.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at help@jewelslapug.com
What’s your return policy?
Since everything is made to order, we don't have a blanket return policy, but if there’s anything you are unhappy with about your order, please let us know immediately by contacting us at help@jewelslapug.com, and we will do everything we can to make it right in quick sticks.
How can I pay?
We accept most credit cards, and you can pay in several currencies. Please be sure to select a currency to match your delivery address, as security checks on international payments can prevent approval depending on your card provider.
Is my payment safe?
Transactions on this store are secured by Shopify's Integrated Payment Processing System, which is run by Stripe, one of the largest ecommerce payment processing companies operating worldwide.
